Michael Lapadula

Michael LaPadula currently serves as the Director of Technical Sales Enablement at Riverbed Technology, having joined the company in July 2021 following the re-merger of Aternity into Riverbed's unified observability portfolio. Prior to this role, LaPadula was the General Manager of Federal Business Strategy at Aternity and held the position of Senior Director, Americas Sales Engineering, where Michael played a key role in establishing a new sales engineering team focused on the Digital Experience Management platform. With extensive experience at Riverbed Technology since 2012, LaPadula has held various leadership positions in product management and sales engineering, driving customer solutions and business growth. LaPadula's career began at OPNET Technologies, where responsibilities included leading the Sales Engineering team and promoting effective demonstration techniques. LaPadula holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
