Mourad Hashem

Mourad Hashem currently serves as a Global Customer Success Senior Consultant at Riverbed Technology since 2014 and has been with Eventum IT Solutions since October 2009, where roles include APM PS Manager and Senior APM Engineer. With senior-level expertise in Application Performance Management, Mourad specializes in application performance analysis and troubleshooting using the OPNET/Riverbed APM product suite. Prior experience includes a role as an Installation Engineer at LINKdotNET, assisting new customers in activating ADSL services. Mourad holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Alexandria Faculty of Engineering (2004-2009) and completed high school at Sidi Gaber Language School, focusing on mathematics.
