Richard Aguinsky

Richard Aguinsky is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in hardware management and telecommunications. Currently serving as the Engineering Hardware Manager at Riverbed Technology since December 2003, Richard leads a dynamic team of engineers. Prior to this role, Richard was the CEO of Cinensis, a consulting firm founded by a consortium of entrepreneurs, and held the position of Hardware Manager at VPacket, where Richard successfully developed a working prototype for a 9U bladed chassis within six months. Richard's career also includes significant roles as Sr Hardware Engineer at JETSTREAM Communications and Hardware/Sustaining Manager at Nortel Networks, focusing on PBX and telecommunications design. Richard holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from San José State University, earned between 1986 and 1994.
