Shawn Powell

Shawn Powell, MBA, serves as a Distinguished Performance Consultant at Riverbed Technology since July 2022, following a tenure at Aternity, where roles included Principal Consultant and Lead Performance Consultant from January 2020 to July 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Lead Performance Consultant in the Aternity Division at Riverbed Technology from April 2016 to January 2020 and as an Enterprise Solutions Architect at Aternity, acquired by Riverbed in August 2016. Earlier positions include 14 years at IBM as a Systems Engineer and Technical Team Lead, managing a large monitoring environment, and a Help Desk Manager at Surgical Information Systems, converting a support model into a profit center.
