Building upon nearly half a century of timber industry leadership, Riverbend is introducing a new approach to designing our expertly crafted timber homes. Homes designed for modern living.

Live Bigger in Smaller Spaces
The need to downsize or meet tight building budgets has made smaller homes more desirable than ever. To meet this need, our award-winning, in-house design team created several smaller designs with creative layouts that take advantage of every nook and cranny to offer you the space you need for modern living.

Relax in Modern Style
Using our expert timber framing knowledge and artistic architectural design prowess, we have created home designs that feature signature timber frame elements which bring unique character to each plan, while complementing the overall architectural concept.

Build Faster, Live Comfortably
Each of our new plans was designed from the ground up as a pre-built structural shell that can be constructed more quickly on your build site. This shell provides the main structural envelope of your home and will deliver decades of comfort, thanks to its superior energy efficiency.

We invite you to visit our website and explore our new plans, learn more about our unique structural shell construction options, and to sign up for our free brochure.
