At Rivercrest Wellness, we help high-achieving adults and couples find calm, clarity, and confidence in the midst of demanding lives.

Our clients are often the ones who seem to have it all together — successful on the outside, but carrying the quiet weight of anxiety, trauma or self-doubt underneath. We specialize in helping you reconnect with yourself, untangle old patterns, and create a life that feels balanced and fulfilling, not just busy and accomplished.

Our approach blends evidence-based methods with genuine curiosity, warmth, and collaboration. Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, relationship stress, or burnout, therapy at Rivercrest Wellness is a space to slow down, understand your story, and build tools for lasting change.

We offer in-person sessions in Lakewood and Golden CO, and online therapy for clients across Colorado.
