Eric Silber is currently the Managing Director at Riverdale Poultry and a Partner at The Elmira Group Inc., a Canadian private equity firm. They co-founded and serve as Director at myBlueprint.ca, while also having held the position of Principal at CPP Investment Board from 2008 to 2013 and Analyst at CIBC World Markets from 2005 to 2008. Eric was an active member of the Investment Committee for the Southlake Hospital Foundation from 2013 to 2016.
