Riverence

Riverence is a land-based producer of premium salmon and trout eggs, and gourmet red trout from the U.S.A. Our sustainable farms were started in an effort to decrease the pressure on wild salmon and trout, while providing farmers and consumers with the highest quality products available on the market. We produce gourmet, hand-trimmed trout fillets and smokehouse products at our farms in Idaho. Each and every Riverence trout has a fully traceable story that we manage from the very beginning — starting with our own brood stock, continuing through egg hatch, grow-out, and processing. We're proud to be an Industry Collaborator with the Monterey Seafood Watch program, and that our fish carry a "Best Choice" green rating. Our fish are raised in pure Rocky Mountain spring water. We use no growth hormones, no preventative antibiotics, and never genetically engineer our products. And because we’re land-based, we have no microplastics, no escapes, no bycatch, lowest contaminants (PCB’s), and a small environmental footprint — one that we work on shrinking every day. Our fish are high in Omega-3's, with nearly undetectable mercury levels. They’re fed an Astaxanthin-rich diet, which makes them healthier, and better for consumers. Finally, in an effort to strengthen our industry at large, we sell our high performance eggs (steelhead trout, atlantic salmon, and coho salmon) to farms, both domestically and abroad. We're here to take good care of the resources we have, to do more with less, and to provide a safe, premium food source that will serve humanity for generations to come.
