Esme Wishart

Esme Wishart has a diverse work experience in the fields of consulting and research. In 2019, they started as a Digital Consultant Intern at Riverflex, where they worked on a project for a global wholesale fashion brand. Their responsibilities included analyzing the competitor landscape and planning the launch strategy for a digital wholesale fashion platform. Later in the same year, they joined Solace Surviving Exile and Persecution as a Researcher. In this role, they conducted independent research on the experiences of refugees and asylum seekers accessing mental health services in Leeds. Esme worked on this project until May 2020. Esme then returned to Riverflex in 2020, first as a Consulting Intern and later as a Junior Consultant. Currently, they hold the position of Consultant at Riverflex, starting in January 2022.
