Maria Heller

Maria Heller's work experience begins in 2023 as a Jr Talent & Community Consultant at Riverflex. Prior to this, they worked at TikTok from January 2022 to March 2023 as a Content Moderator, ensuring legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform. Maria also designed and delivered biweekly workshops focusing on promoting wellbeing on a team level.

From October 2021 to August 2022, Maria worked as a Mental Health Coach at Inuka Coaching, where they utilized a validated Problem-Solving Technique to help people tackle daily mental health challenges. Maria also served as an Engagement Specialist from March 2021 to September 2021, tailoring Inuka's marketing strategy to resonate with employees and maintain the company's brand image.

Maria's previous experience includes working as a Research Assistant at the University of Amsterdam from March 2021 to August 2021, where they supported lead researchers in a study on emotional expressions. Maria also briefly worked as a Psychology Consultant at Sawayo in January 2021.

In 2020, Maria gained experience as a Trainee at Inspire to Act in December.

Maria Heller completed their Bachelor of Science with Honours degree in Psychology at Leiden University from 2017 to 2020. Maria then went on to pursue a Master of Science track in Social Influence with a specialization in Social Psychology at the University of Amsterdam from 2020 to 2021.
