Paul Stanley

Paul Stanley has extensive experience in IT service management and delivery. Paul is currently working as an Independent Consultant/ IT Service Delivery Director at Riverflex, where they provide ITIL and ITSM consultancy services to corporate clients. Prior to this, they worked as a Trusted IT Service Management Professional/Delivery Director/Head of IT Services at an undisclosed company. In this role, they were responsible for ITSM operational leadership, improvement, optimization, and team management.

Before joining Riverflex, Paul served as a Delivery Director/Interim Head of Service Operations at Universe Group plc. Paul was responsible for the operational management and optimization of Service Operations, Hosted Application Support, Service Delivery, and various other functions. Paul also acted as a Senior Engagement Partner/Account Director for fuel and convenience store corporate clients.

Furthermore, Paul has worked as an Infrastructure Delivery Director/Engagement Partner at Cognizant, where they developed and implemented strategies for end-to-end technical operations and program delivery. Paul also served as the Global Services Director at Meredith Corporation and Time Inc., where they played a significant role in delivering global IT services and implementing ITIL processes.

Earlier in their career, Paul worked at IPC Media Limited as the Head of IT Services and Senior IT Services Manager. In these roles, they managed IT service and support requirements for all magazines and departments, collaborated with senior management on transformation projects, and recruited and managed service and support staff.

Paul Stanley has a diploma in Neuro Linguistic Programming from the American Board of NLP. Paul also holds a diploma in Performance Coaching from Newcastle University.
