Ben Younger

Ben Younger serves as Managing Director at Riveron since February 2014, where the organization provides tailored solutions for CFOs, private equity firms, and other stakeholders across 18 international offices. Prior to Riveron, Ben Younger accumulated extensive experience at Grant Thornton LLP from September 1997 to October 2013, ascending to the role of Audit Partner and leading the Professional and Business Services Industry Group in the Chicago office. Ben Younger's responsibilities included advising C-suite executives and boards on complex accounting issues, managing a 130-person audit department, and overseeing various audit engagements for private equity and international firms. Additionally, Ben Younger held the position of Chief of Staff for the CEO in the Office of Strategy Management, where strategic planning and budget alignment were integral. Ben Younger earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1997.
