Bill Maloney

Bill brings over 20 years of experience leading clients and teams through complex deal related US GAAP and IFRS accounting and financial reporting issues, including accounting for revenue recognition, business combinations, and income taxes, and advising on and preparing carve-out and pro forma financial statements for SEC filings. He also has significant experience establishing and maintaining effective internal controls over financial reporting and remediating material weaknesses. Bill’s experience covers both public and private companies across a number of industries, including consumer goods, manufacturing, and life sciences.

Prior to joining Riveron, Bill was the vice president of reporting and technical accounting at Orthofix International. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the assurance practice and spent more than 12 years in various roles including audit, transaction services, and global accounting consulting services. In his free time, Bill is active with his family and church and enjoys a number of outdoor activities.
