Jon McQueary

Jon McQueary is an accomplished professional specializing in learning and development, currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at Riveron since June 2022. Prior to Riveron, Jon held the position of Chief Operating Officer at FLIP from May 2021 to June 2022 and spent 15 years at Deloitte in various roles, including Talent Development Leader for Government & Public Services. Jon's career began at National City Bank, where significant experience in Internal Audit and Operations was gained over six years. Jon holds an MBA in Labor and Human Resource Policy from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a BA in Finance from Ohio University. Education includes attendance at Lakota High School and Madison Plains High School.
