Earlier in their career, they served as a Quality Technician and Automation Systems Team Lead at Integrity Windows and Doors, where they spearheaded automation projects and led teams to improve manufacturing processes. Jon is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at North Dakota State University.
