Mark Haney

Mark Haney is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and capital markets transactions. Currently serving as a Managing Director at Riveron since May 2024, Mark leads a team of over 1,200 professionals in providing tailored solutions for CFOs, private equity firms, and other key stakeholders. Prior to Riveron, Mark worked as a Deals Director at PwC from October 2014 to April 2024, specializing in capital markets transactions, including M&A and IPOs. Mark began his career at Deloitte as an External Audit Manager from September 2009 to September 2014, where responsibilities included planning and executing audits for manufacturing clients and focusing on specialized technical accounting areas. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, obtained in 2008.
