Max Luchessa

Max Luchessa, CPA, currently serves as a Senior Consultant at Riveron since April 2025. Previously, Max held various roles at Effectus Group, including Supervising Senior and Senior Associate in Transaction Advisory Services from October 2022 to April 2025. At Arcutis Biotherapeutics, Inc., Max was a Senior Finance Associate responsible for budget coordination, financial forecasting, and system upgrades from October 2021 to October 2022. Earlier experience includes positions at EY as an Assurance Senior and Associate, where Max specialized in regulatory requirements for life sciences and biotechnology. Additional roles at AMS Fulfillment, Zevia, UCSB Department of Economics, and OSKR, LLC contributed to a well-rounded background in finance and economics. Max obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Accounting from UC Santa Barbara in August 2018.
