Mike Smith

Mike Smith is a seasoned professional in valuation and financial advisory with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as Managing Director at Riveron since March 2024, Mike previously held significant roles at EY from October 2017 to December 2023, including Partner/Principal and Senior Manager in Transaction Advisory Services, specializing in Valuation Services. Prior to that, Mike worked at PwC from April 2007 to October 2017, where responsibilities included Director in Deals with a focus on Valuation, as well as Manager and Senior Associate roles in Valuation Services. Mike's career began at Duff & Phelps as an Analyst in Dispute Consulting and Valuation from May 2006 to April 2007. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, obtained in 2006, and a high school diploma from University High School, awarded in 2002.
