Reid Johnston

Reid Johnston has a strong background in M&A tax, with extensive experience at both Riveron and KPMG US. Currently, Reid is a Director - M&A Tax at Riveron, where they provide business advisory services and help clients navigate change during transactions and the overall business lifecycle. Prior to joining Riveron, Reid held various roles at KPMG US, including M&A Tax Senior Manager and Manager.
