Richard Hatley

Richard Hatley's work experience includes various roles in finance and business advisory firms. Richard is currently a Managing Director - Lender Services at Riveron, where they bring expertise in transactions, business transformation, and accounting advisory. Prior to Riveron, Richard held the position of Director - Head of Lender Services at Houlihan Lokey. Richard also served as a Managing Director at Union Bank and a Director of Asset Management at Hudson Advisors, LLC. Richard's earlier experience includes roles at The CIT Group, Atrium Companies as Director of Finance, Pricewaterhousecoopers as a Senior Manager in Transaction Advisory Services, and KPMG as a Supervising Auditor.

Richard Hatley attended Texas Tech University from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
