Richard Vida, CPA, CIA, CISA is a Director of Internal Audit and SOX Compliance at Riveron since 2025. Previously, they served as a Director at Effectus Group in 2022, where they contributed significantly to the development of the firm's Risk Advisory and SOX practice. Prior to that, Richard held various managerial roles at EY from 2014 to 2018, leading audits and guiding internal audit services to enhance compliance and operational efficiency.
