Steve Hamilton

Steve Hamilton has a diverse work background in finance and accounting. Steve started their career at Ernst & Young, working as a Senior Manager on various high-profile engagements. Steve then joined Noranda as Group Controller, overseeing the financial aspects of their global mining and exploration business. After that, they became the CFO of Quadrem International Holdings, where they played a key role in the start-up of the company. Steve then worked as a Consultant at Grant Knauth LLP, before joining Lighting Science Group Corporation as CFO and VP of Finance. In this role, they facilitated multiple public and private financings and orchestrated strategic acquisitions. Most recently, they have been a Managing Director at Riveron Consulting, leading client engagements focused on transaction due diligence, audit preparation, and IPO preparation for a diverse range of clients.

Steve Hamilton obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Toronto, graduating in 1987. In 1990, they also received the designation of Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.
