Based in Nepal, Rivers & Roots is a non-profit organization that extends beyond vertical gardening to provide specialized services designed to fulfill the essential prerequisites for LEED and the WELL Building Standard™. We partner with architects and community stakeholders to engineer built environments that actively support critical concepts such as Air, Thermal Comfort, and Mind, transforming sterile infrastructure into health-promoting ecosystems. By integrating seismic-resilient engineering with high-performance biophilic design, we ensure that every project not only meets international sustainability standards but also fosters a restorative connection between the Himalayan community and the natural world.
