John Baker

Mr. Baker rejoined Riverside Management Group in February, 2013 and is located in San Francisco, CA. Previously, from 2004 to 2007, Mr. Baker was a member of the RMG team serving in a similar capacity working with institutional clients and growth companies to identify private debt and private equity transactions. He is a seasoned professional with a background in venture capital investing with Hambrecht & Quist, private placement transactions with Alex. Brown, and, investment banking with Deutsche Bank. Mr. Baker been personally involved with over $1 Billion of private placement transactions with multiple firms with a wide variety of investors and growth companies operating in diverse sectors. He has an undergraduate degree from Williams College and a Masters of Business Administration from the Anderson School at The University of California at Los Angeles and holds the series 79 & 63 securities licenses.
