Lindsay Beath

Lindsay Beitz is an experienced HR professional, currently serving as an HR/Payroll Coordinator at Riverside Millwork Group since March 2020. Lindsay previously held roles such as Human Resources Assistant and Human Resources Coordinator (Contract) at Allcard Limited, where responsibilities included developing HR policies, managing worker’s compensation claims, and assisting with recruitment and employee relations. Lindsay began a career in the HR field as a Co-op HR Assistant at Riverside Millwork Group, contributing to various HR administrative functions. With a robust background that also includes experience in marketing and underwriting, Lindsay holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Conestoga College and a BA in Kinesiology and Physical Education from Wilfrid Laurier University.
