Barry Hill

Barry Hill, CIHCM, is currently a Programme Manager at Riverside, where they oversee contracts related to retrofit projects. With an extensive background in project and site management, Barry has held roles at companies such as Novus Property Solutions and Thomas Winstanley & Son Ltd, managing diverse builds from hospitals to office refurbishments. Barry's qualifications include a Retrofit Co-ordinator and Risk Management Level 5, and they have received multiple accolades, including Site Manager of the Year for the North of England Region in 2013. They completed G.C.S.E.'s at Sutton Community High School and have a rich history of freelance site management.
