Caroline Adams

Caroline Adams has extensive experience in the care sector, currently serving as the Ofsted Registered Service Manager at Riverside since October 2016, where responsibilities include leading the Ofsted Registration for Young People’s Services. Prior to this role, Caroline held several positions at Mears Group PLC from May 2009 to October 2016, including National Care Services Manager, Registered Care Manager, and Deputy Manager. Educational background includes attendance at Northumbria University from 1999 to 2001 and QEHS in Hexham from 1981 to 1985.
