Catherine Rigby is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital strategy and customer experience. Currently serving as the Head of Digital at Riverside since June 2022, Catherine orchestrates the vision and execution of digital CX while managing a digital CX roadmap and collaborating with senior leadership. Previously, as the Head of Strategy & Insights at Mando Agency, Catherine was responsible for strategy, insights, and analytics, working closely with blue-chip clients on digital performance and customer research. Catherine’s earlier roles include Head of Planning and Senior Planner at Rippleffect, Digital Marketing Manager at Trinity Mirror Group PLC, and various positions in digital marketing and web communications spanning over two decades. Catherine holds a degree from Liverpool John Moores University and has received additional training at Liverpool Community College and Trinity Mirror Editorial Training.
