Ellie Cragg

Ellie Cragg is an experienced professional currently serving as a Business Adoption Change Manager at Riverside since October 2019, where responsibilities include managing the interface between Agile Squads and operations to ensure effective business change implementation, while collaborating with key stakeholders. Previously, as a Project Manager, Ellie reviewed processes for integrating Riverside's estate services and managing multi-million-pound service contracts nationwide. Additionally, Ellie is the Managing Director of Jackson Property, a firm specializing in property management and acquisitions for charities aimed at ending homelessness for vulnerable young adults, overseeing projects from property sourcing to completion in partnership with charitable organizations. Ellie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Liverpool John Moores University.
