Mark Strong

Mark Strong is a reward specialist with over 20 years of experience across private, public, and third sectors. They began their career at Hay Group as a Sector Leader from 1997 to 2008 and later held positions as Pay and Grading Manager at The British Library and Reward Manager at Leonard Cheshire until 2022. Currently, Mark is the Reward and Benefits Manager at Riverside, where they lead reward and benefits initiatives and oversee large-scale harmonization of terms and conditions. They also work as a Senior Consultant at QCG Ltd, focusing on developing reward consulting projects for various clients. Mark holds a Master of Arts in Heritage Studies from Nottingham Trent University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Liverpool.
