Steve Allcock serves as the Group Business Transformation Director at Riverside since April 2023, overseeing strategic transformation initiatives in technology, processes, and organizational change post-merger with One Housing Group. Steve holds a concurrent position as a Board Director at Magenta Living, providing strategic guidance on business performance and direction. Formerly, Steve temporarily led IT, Data, and Digital services at Wythenshawe Community Housing Group and has extensive experience in customer experience and digital innovation across various organizations including Johnnie Johnson Housing and Universities Superannuation Scheme. With a background in digital and product management at companies like Atos and Bupa, Steve is currently pursuing an MBA at Wrexham University and possesses multiple qualifications in project management and web design.
