Brandy Thompson

Brandy Thompson, SHRM-CP, has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 16 years. Currently, Brandy holds the position of Human Resources Director at RiverStone Group, Inc. which they began in 2022. Prior to this, Brandy worked at John Deere where they held various roles within the HR department. These roles include HR Program Manager, ISG; HR Operations Workflow Lead; HR Representative; Payroll Supervisor; Training and Development Specialist; Payroll Analyst, and Accounting Associate. Brandy's tenure at John Deere began in 2006 and continued until 2022.

Brandy Thompson, SHRM-CP, pursued their educational journey by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a Human Resource Management Focus from St. Ambrose University. Brandy completed this degree between the years 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, Brandy earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the same institution, specializing in Accounting and Finance, and this was accomplished by 2009. Additionally, they became a certified SHRM-CP professional in 2018, indicating their competency in human resource management.
