Andrew Workmon is a Vice President of Information Technology at Riverstone Logistics and Head of Innovation at RAPID. Andrew is also the Director of Talent Development at Riverstone Logistics. Prior to their current roles, Andrew founded Workmon Consulting and worked as an Enterprise Agile Coach and Organizational Transformation Consultant. Throughout their career, Andrew has held various Agile coaching positions at companies like UST, <Platinum|Edge, AgFirst Farm Credit Bank, Colonial Life, and Unum. Andrew has a background in project management and has experience managing multiple projects for high profile clients. Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Tennessee and a Master Certificate in Project Management from Kennesaw State University.
