Jonavan's extensive career in talent acquisition includes roles as Business Development Manager and Lead Staffing Recruiter at BSI Solutions, Inc., along with various recruitment-focused positions at ITG Brands, Fontem Ventures B.V., Europa Sports Products, and CompuCom. Jonavan has demonstrated expertise in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates, enhancing recruitment processes, and managing teams to meet organizational needs. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Strayer University and dual bachelor's degrees in Theatre and Interpersonal/Organizational Communication from Appalachian State University.
