Robert Betterton has extensive experience in logistics and operations management, currently serving as Director of Facilities Control at Riverstone Logistics since November 2022. Prior to this role, Robert held several leadership positions at XPO Logistics, Inc., including Safety Director, Market Vice President, and Director of Operations, from May 2018 to May 2023, and also served as General Manager at XPO Logistics Final Mile from February 2016 to August 2021. Earlier in their career, Robert was the Service Center Manager at UPS Freight from June 2005 to January 2016. Robert holds an education from Kaplan University.
