Alan McMahon

Alan McMahon is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in people analytics and HR systems. Currently serving as the People Analytics & HR Systems Lead at Riverty since May 2016, Alan has previously held significant roles in arvato Financial Solutions, where responsibilities included Global HR Manager and Senior HR Business Partner from February 2008 to January 2016. Earlier career highlights include the position of HR & Training Manager at The Kelly Group, where Alan managed a team of trainers and established foundational HR policies. Alan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies specializing in Human Resource Management from Waterford Institute of Technology and completed a Coaching for Performance, Learning & Development course at Dublin Business School in 2010.
