Ivar Laes

Ivar Laes currently serves as the Local IT Manager and IT Security Manager at Riverty, where leadership of the Local IT team in the Tallinn-based Tech Hub involves overseeing daily performance, managing tasks, and supervising IT processes and projects. Prior experience includes working at Telia from September 2014 to October 2021 as a Service Manager, managing Endpoint Services for over 20,000 users and coordinating local workplace services, as well as handling migration projects for group systems. Additionally, Laes held roles as an Application Administrator for both Telia and Elion Enterprises Ltd and worked as an IT Specialist at MicroLink Eesti. Educationally, Ivar Laes holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Systems Engineering from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology.
