Jens Friedrich

Jens Friedrich is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in customer relations and service management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Riverty since August 2018, Jens previously held the position of Head of Customer Relations at Smartfrog Ltd. from January 2017 to July 2018, focusing on customer care, retention, and dunning across various countries including Germany, Switzerland, Austria, the UK, and Ireland. Earlier in their career, Jens worked at Mercedes-Benz Bank from August 2011 to December 2016, where roles included Team Leader for Customer and Dealer Services, providing support to private and small to medium business customers, as well as Team Leader for Collections in Germany, managing overdue accounts for similar customer segments.
