Lenhard Hubscher

Lenhard Hubscher currently serves as Country Lead Benelux & France and Managing Director at Riverty, a position held since November 2022. Previously, Lenhard Hubscher worked at ING from June 2019 to October 2022 as Tribe Lead, overseeing the development of a cross-border consumer loan application system that incorporated advanced digital customer journeys and data-driven processes. Earlier roles at ING France included Head of Retail Lending, where a significant transformation in the Mortgages business line led to a tenfold production increase. Additionally, Lenhard Hubscher has held various marketing positions within ING Nederland and has experience in the automotive finance sector with BMW Group Financial Services. Lenhard Hubscher’s education includes a Master of Science in Strategic Marketing Leadership from Henley Business School and further studies at INSEAD and Nyenrode Business University.
