Amy Smith

Amy Smith is currently an Advisor Intern at Riverview School. Prior to that, they were the Director of Foundation + Corporate Partnerships at Manomet from April 2018 to March 2020. From March 2016 to April 2018, Amy Smith was a part-time Special Events Coordinator - Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary at Mass Audubon. Amy Smith was also the Development Director at Shaw Institute (formerly Marine & Environmental Research Institute) from April 2015 to April 2016, where they were responsible for overall fundraising strategy, research and discovery, communications and marketing to cultivate funding relationships, expand the MERI funding base, and secure private and public support for the Institute and its programs, working closely with the Director, Board of Directors, and Strategic Communications team. Amy Smith was also the Co-Founder/CEO of Safi Water Works/Safe World Water from February 2013 to March 2015 and the Director of Development at Open Meadow from April 2009 to October 2012. Amy Smith began their career as the Director of Development at New Avenues for Youth from October 2004 to March 2009. Most recently, Amy Smith was the Principal + Founder of evolution nonprofit consulting from January 2003 to December 2020.
