Nicole Sherman is the President and CEO of Riverview Bank. They previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Numerica Credit Union from 2020 to 2023, and held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Utah First Federal Credit Union in 2024. From 2011 to 2020, they were at Columbia Bank as SVP, Market Region Manager Greater Puget Sound and as Executive Vice President, Director of Retail Banking and Digital Integration. Earlier in their career, they were Senior Vice President at Zions Bank (1988–2003) and held multiple leadership roles at AmericanWest Bank from 2004 to 2011, including EVP and Chief Banking Officer, and director roles in Retail Banking, Private Banking, Commercial Banking (Utah Division), and Corporate Marketing. They have been Top Rated Leadership Faculty at Pacific Coast Banking School since 2002.
