Teri Baker

Teri Baker is an experienced professional with a diverse background in organizational support and project coordination. Currently serving as Vice President and Corporate Secretary at Riverview Community Bank since July 2011, Teri is responsible for ensuring legal compliance through accurate documentation and reporting to the CEO and Board of Directors. Prior experience includes roles as Project Coordinator and Administrative Assistant at Columbia Ultimate, where Teri managed project coordination and administrative tasks, and as Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President and Treasurer at SEH America, Inc., where Teri supported executive operations and developed a company-wide budget program. Teri began their career as a Human Resources Assistant at SEH America, Inc., coordinating training programs and managing employee development initiatives. Teri holds education credentials from Clark College and Mt. Hood Community College.
