Laura currently serves as the Chief of Staff and Operations Manager at Rivet, where Laura oversees various tasks including executive assistance, office management, and handling Accounting & HR responsibilities. Prior to their current position, Laura worked as an Implementation Manager, where Laura facilitated customer onboarding and addressed technical challenges. With a Bachelor's degree in Cinematography and Film/Video Production, Laura also has experience as a transcriber, mentor, receptionist, and childcare worker in various organizations.
