With over four decades of experience across the UAE and Pakistan, Riviera Group stands as a trusted name in bespoke property development. Founded by Abdul Rauf Razzak Machiyara, the group has delivered over 1.75 million square feet in the UAE and continues to bring its hallmark of precision, quality, and reliability to landmark projects in Pakistan. Each development is thoughtfully designed to balance comfort, functionality, and enduring style, building not just homes, but meaningful living experiences for families and future generations.

In both Pakistan and Dubai, Riviera’s growing portfolio reflects its commitment to shaping spaces that blend form, function, and long-term value. In Dubai, Riviera’s now selling projects, including Lodge Residences, and Nineteen Riviera Lagoon, offer refined living across thoughtfully designed communities, from serene villas to smart, furnished residences. As Riviera continues to expand its presence, it remains dedicated to building developments that feel personal, last generations, and define what modern living can be. In Pakistan, Sky Garden offers a modern mix of luxury apartments, retail, and wellness spaces, while Faisal One brings a Grade-A commercial tower tailored for today’s business needs.
