Rivo Solutions is the strategic thought partnership behind FIO; built for women founders who have something real to figure out.

The work has never followed a straight line. Fortune 5 talent programs. Healthcare air transport HR systems. Freelance work for everyone from well-known marketing firms to real estate to a funeral home tracking headstones from order to placement. The through line has always been the same: walk in, understand the system, and figure out what to actually do with it.

Rivo Solutions LLC is the legal entity. FIO is the brand. The founder is Meredith Schloegl. Part strategist, part thought partner, and your fractional head of figuring it out.
