Cedrik Wiberg

Cedrik Wiberg is currently the VD at Rivus Batteries since March 2023. Prior to this role, Cedrik served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at DTU - Technical University of Denmark, focusing on the development of organic electrolytes for aqueous organic flow batteries from June 2022 to April 2023. Cedrik's research experience includes a position as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Turun yliopisto - University of Turku, where work centered on solid boosters for flow batteries and electrolyte design from February 2021 to June 2022. Earlier, Cedrik was a Doktorand at Chalmers University of Technology, conducting molecular design research on environmentally friendly aqueous organic redox flow batteries from May 2016 to September 2020. Additional experience includes a visiting researcher role at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2017, project management at Ulinco Vulctech AB, and work as a pedagog in private tutoring for high school students. Cedrik holds a Ph.D. from Chalmers University of Technology and a Master's degree in Physical Chemistry from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
