Rivvex Systems LLC is a veteran-owned small business delivering specialized SAP expertise and enterprise technology services to the federal government. We are currently pursuing Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) certification.

We're built to strengthen the teams we work with. Rivvex is led by two principals with more than 25 years of combined SAP experience and roughly 20 years of combined support to the Intelligence Community, both holding active TS/SCI clearances with CI polygraph. That cleared, hands-on background fits federal and IC environments where trust and depth matter.

Our SAP practice covers both halves of an environment: deep functional analysis across requirements gathering, S/4HANA configuration, and process optimization, and senior SAP Basis expertise across system administration, security, performance, and platform management. We plug in where your team is short, whether business-facing, technical, or both, reinforcing your team rather than replacing it.

And we know how to build the right team because we're doing the work. Currently delivering on an active contract, we know firsthand what strong SAP delivery demands, and that experience guides how we assemble the right mix of skills and seniority for each requirement, sourced through our network and matched to the job.

We also build custom software to take on the repetitive, time-consuming tasks that slow SAP teams down, turning manual work into reliable automation that saves time, reduces risk, and frees teams for higher-value work.

SAP is our foundation, not our ceiling. We're an emerging federal technology firm anchored by SAP expertise and built to grow into a broader portfolio of IT services.

We welcome engagement with federal agencies, primes, and integrators, as a prime, subcontractor, or teaming partner. To talk requirements or teaming, connect with us here on LinkedIn.
