David J. has over 15 years of experience in information security and leadership, holding executive roles in various companies. David served as the CEO of Rixon Technology, Vice President Information Security at a confidential company, Vice President Chief Security Officer at WorldVentures Holdings, Chief Information Security Officer at Arbonne International, and Partner and Senior Director Information Security United States Enterprise Markets at CGI. David also directed information security processes for medium, large, and very-large-scale businesses as the Director of Information Systems Security at CGI and Director of Information Security at East Jefferson General Hospital. David led teams, developed policies and procedures, and oversaw the implementation of security initiatives at national and international levels. David is skilled in developing security strategies, risk assessment, disaster recovery, and regulatory compliance. Currently, David serves as CEO at Rixon Technology, a pioneer in cloud-based security solutions.

David J. received their Bachelor's degree in Technology/Public Administration from the University of South Alabama from 1993 to 1997. David then pursued Advanced Studies in Information Security from Carnegie Mellon University - Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, David J. has obtained several certifications, including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Cisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA), and Internal Security Assessor (ISA), among others, from various institutions such as SANS Institute, Microsoft, PCI Security Standards Council, and Cisco.
