Peter Edridge

Peter Edridge is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Rewards and Performance Advisor at Riyadh Air since March 2023, Peter Edridge provides advisory and consulting services to enhance the People and Culture functions. Previous roles include being a Principal Consultant at Korn Ferry and overseeing human resources at organizations such as Qatar Airways, where responsibilities included organizational design and HR policies, and as Head of Compensation and Benefits at ADIB. Peter Edridge has also contributed to various HR management associations and held significant positions in companies like ABN AMRO and Pharmathen. Peter Edridge holds an MSc from Lancaster University, completed in 1995.
