Arriyadh Development Company “TAMEER” was founded in 1993 as a Saudi Joint Stock Company, by virtue of the Royal Decree No. (M / 2) on 09/02/1414 A.H based on the vision of the custodian of the two holy mosques King Salman Bin Abdul Aziz, then Prince of Riyadh Province and TAMEER’s Honorary Chairman of the Board of Directors back then. 

These remarkable efforts led to the development of projects on two parallel paths. One consisted of building, operating, and managing “public good” service projects (such as the Fresh Produce Markets in Riyadh, The Public Transportation Centre and The Automotive Auction Center) in alignment with the government directions; These projects serve more than 2000 clients and tenants and more than 20 million citizens and residents. and the second path was focusing or Real Estate Development in Retail and Residential Sectors.

TAMEER is a publicly listed company on the Saudi Stock exchange and with a paid-up capital of SAR 1.7 billion and a market cap over SAR 4.7 billion.
